  • Eng. Faisal Hawar is a formidable figure with over 30 years of global leadership experience spanning Oil & Gas, ICT, and telecom. His resume includes steering numerous multi-billion-dollar Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) projects across the MENA region with giants like Kuwait Energy Company (KEC), Etisalat Telecom, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). Critically, he specializes in advising developing nations on complex financial and legal matters, including the development of Petroleum Fiscal Regimes, Upstream Government Contracts, and Mining Laws in uncharted economies.

  • Mohd and Mohamoud Faisal are professional twins who hold esteemed degrees in Oil & Gas Management. They are highly specialized experts in Extractive Fiscal Regimes and laws for both the oil & gas and mining sectors. With nearly five years advising different Ministries of Energy & Minerals in the region, they have co-authored over 20 articles and have been instrumental in shaping the fiscal and legislative frameworks that drive socio-economic progress in the region.
